The 2009 CFE Teachers as Leaders & Learners Workshop took
place on Saturday, October 3rd at WhitneyYoungHigh School in Chicago. Additionally, attendees
experienced all of the best things they have come to love about Workshop in a shortened format!
CFE's Teachers as Leaders & Learners
WorkshopisChicago’s
largest independent event facilitated by and forChicagoPublic School
teachers.
Nearly 500 teachers converge each year to participate in a day of inspiration,
collegiality, sharing, and networking. Registration generally includes the following: attendance at Keynote
address, access to over 50 grant-winning curricular projects and teaching
strategies, a goodie bag, 1 raffle ticket, continental breakfast,
4 CPDUs*, and free parking.
*To earn 4 CPDUs, teachers are required to
complete the evaluation form and be present throughout the duration of the
event.
